· Planning and achievement of DSE-wise Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area
· Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area
· Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives / priorities
· Analysis and planning of business DSE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area.
· Skill upgradation of Sales Executives
· Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives
· Ensure proper collection for assigned area
· Education: Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred), Working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
· Experience: About 4 - 5 years of sales work experience
· Language: English & Fluency in local language
· Key Criteria: High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels; white collar, lower middle class (needy) background, negligible power of influence, non-unionized environment, Age not more than 30 years.
