We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales operations in Bhagalpur. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing sales teams, and excellent knowledge of the Bhagalpur market and surrounding areas.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase market reach and product visibility in the Bhagalpur region.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training and guidance to team members.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop local sales plans.
Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and follow-up of sales activities.
Coordinate with the regional and head office teams for smooth execution of sales operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling a sales team.
Strong understanding of the Bhagalpur market and local business environment.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
