Developing New Key Corporate Customers, Maintaining and Increasing Sales of the company's products and Reaching the targets and goals set for you in Key Account Corporate Sales
• Manage and Maintain the relation with Customers, Distributors, Channel Partners, Servicing the needs of our existing Customers, Distributors, Channel Partners Retaining the Business and efficient use of existing key customers for new references and sales.
• Monitoring your customer’s performance, Pushing Sales to reach targets, Achieving Organic Growth, Keeping Key Customers up to date with TVM products and Services.
• Planning and implementation of suitable Key Account Development Strategies, Packages and Solutions as per market requirement for Establishing, Maintaining and Expanding our Key Customer Base.
• Ensuring after sales services and follow-ups.
• Follow up with Customers for timely payment and Payment Collection.
• Follow up with Customers for timely Price Revision. Revision Target to be achieved on yearly basis.
• Coordination with Customers, CREs, Coordinators, Engineers and different departments related to various works and getting the work done efficiently, Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Preparing Quotes, Letters, Confirmations, Contracts etc. mailing and communications.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports/Work Reports & MIS to HOD.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience as key account manager
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
