Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Field Sales Executive for our operations in Jalpaiguri. The main role is to visit medical shops (retail pharmacies) and generate regular orders for our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and approach medical shops in the assigned area.

• Promote Sasta Sundar's pharmaceutical products to shop owners.

• Generate and collect orders from retailers on a regular basis.

• Maintain good relationships with pharmacy owners and staff.

• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities to the sales manager.

• Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth order fulfillment.

• Maintain a clear record of visits, orders, and payments.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG field sales is preferred.

• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Good communication skills and a polite, professional approach.

• Basic knowledge of the local market and geography.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
