We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s agro food products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting markets, meeting retailers/wholesalers, increasing product visibility, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, and potential clients daily.
Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers.
Conduct product demos, explain product benefits, and handle customer queries.
Identify new markets and opportunities for product placement.
Maintain daily visit reports (DVR) and sales records.
Update sales data, order collection, and payment follow-up.
Share competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback with the management.
Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of products at retail counters.
Check product stock levels, expiry, and overall shelf presentation.
Support marketing activities such as promotions, sampling, and brand campaigns.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
Maintain good follow-up and communication for outstanding payments.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Agro Food sales (Freshers may also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of local market and territory.
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
Salary: As per industry standards.
Incentives based on monthly sales performance.
Per day conveyance 100 rupees
PF/ESI as per company policy.
6 days working (Monday–Saturday).
Field-based role with daily travel.
