Job Role:
Responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring product availability in retail outlets within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit retail shops daily to take orders and ensure stock availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Execute product display, merchandising, and visibility plans.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG field sales (preferred).
Must have: Two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
💰Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives + Allowances (depending on experience)
