We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to join our team in Siwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring consistent market growth for our FMCG products.
Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure proper visibility and placement of products in retail outlets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns effectively.
Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good knowledge of the local market in Siwan and nearby areas.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Fixed salary up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
