Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors in assigned territory
Promote products through direct sales (General Trade) and product
demonstrations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and promotions
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, market insights, and customer
data through prescribed formats or digital tools.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
