Field Verification Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Verification Executive to manage document collection, verification, and background checks. The role requires field visits to clients/customers for collecting necessary documents, ensuring their authenticity, and maintaining proper records. The candidate must handle sensitive information with utmost care and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Collection
· Collect Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter id, Ration card, photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions from customers/candidates.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all collected information.
2. Verification & Compliance
· Conduct background verification checks in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
· Verify authenticity of submitted documents and promptly report any discrepancies.
3. Record Maintenance
· Maintain systematic and organized records of all customer/candidate documentation.
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to the concerned department.
· Store and handle data securely, respecting confidentiality and company guidelines.
4. Coordination & Reporting
· Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to provide status updates and verification reports.
· Submit daily/weekly reports on verification activities to management.
5. Professional Conduct
· Handle confidential customer data with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
· Ensure candidates’ entry at company premises/gate is properly logged with Prenu.In name displayed.
