Educational Qualifications
Graduation / Post-Graduation in IT (B.Sc. (IT), BCA, B.Tech (IT/CS))
Experience
Total Experience: 12 years
Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support at PSPCL power stations, grids, and collection centers.
Handle desktop-related issues including OS, applications, and basic troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve UPS-related faults.
Perform LAN cabling, crimping, clamping, and testing.
Conduct earthing checks and ensure proper hardware installations.
Mount, configure, and troubleshoot switches and routers.
Ensure timely resolution of IT field calls and maintain service quality.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Efficient handling of IT field support calls.
Minimum downtime for desktops, LAN, and UPS systems.
Accurate and timely LAN cabling and connectivity checks.
Proper configuration and functioning of networking equipment.
Compliance with PSPCL IT infrastructure standards.
Essential Technical Skills
Desktop troubleshooting (OS & Applications).
LAN & Networking fundamentals.
Cabling, crimping, and clamping.
Switches, routers configuration, and installation.
