We are looking for a motivated and skilled Recruiter to manage our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified manpower for various roles within the organization. You will also provide ongoing support for staffing needs and must possess strong computer and communication skills.
Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
Support in onboarding new hires and ensuring proper documentation
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Handle follow-ups and provide updates on recruitment status
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, online job portals, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring tasks
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
