Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverages sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring visibility and availability of our products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell company products

Ensure product availability and visibility in the market

Execute market activation activities and promotional campaigns

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in field sales within FMCG or Food & Beverages industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Basic computer and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Higher Secondary/Bachelor's Degree

Experience working with retailers and distributors in the FMCG sector
