Identify and acquire new customers for banking products (Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, etc.).
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and customer meetings to generate business.
Explain product features, benefits, and charges clearly to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue.
Maintain healthy customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance as per RBI & bank norms.
Coordinate with branch staff and managers for smooth onboarding of customers.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
