Job Summary: 

The Field Officer will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various operations and activities in the field. You’ll be the face of Vigo on the ground—ensuring smooth patient onboarding/offboarding, data collection, and community engagement while maintaining high standards of care and responsiveness. 

• Key Responsibilities 

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled patient onboardings. 

• Clearly explain onboarding and offboarding processes to patients, addressing any questions. 

• Be available for emergency onboardings and calls outside regular hours (before 9:30 AM and after 6:30 PM). 

• Provide minimum 2 days advance notice for any planned leave or time off. 

• During work hours, prioritize assigned duties, avoiding non-essential distractions. 

• Assist in project implementation and ensure timely execution of field activities. 

• Conduct data collection through surveys, interviews, and field observations. 

• Ensure logistical readiness for field operations (transport, equipment, supplies). 

• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and internal standards. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Education: Any bachelor's degree  

• Experience: 1 – 5 years of experience in fieldwork, project implementation, or related roles. 

• Skills: 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments. 

• Proficiency in using data collection tools and software. 

• Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently to remote areas as required by the job. 

• Languages : Kannada, English, Hindi
