Salary: Up to ₹21,000 per month + Incentives

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to identify and generate potential leads.

Promote and sell HSBC Bank credit cards through direct sales to individual customers.

Clearly explain card features, benefits, and eligibility requirements to prospects.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documentation and verification.

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Attend a weekly office meeting for performance reviews and updates.

Qualifications

Minimum educational requirement: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Previous experience in field sales, BFSI sector, or credit card sales is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Goal-oriented and highly motivated by targets
