• Meet customers personally to collect payments and resolve queries.

• Coordinate with branch offices and management for smooth operations and target achievement.

• Maintain daily reports and registers related to sales activities and collections.

• Participate in marketing and promotional activities in the assigned territory.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (higher education can be an advantage).

• Prior experience in field sales, preferably 6 months to 6+ years.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Knowledge of local language and area is preferred.

• Basic understanding of financial products is an advantage.
