Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement: Promote and sell home loan products to potential clients, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Area Mapping: Conduct regular mapping of assigned areas to identify new business opportunities and sources.
Source Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with all assigned and identified sources within the designated geography.
Report Maintenance: Maintain daily reports related to sales activities in the prescribed format.
Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential channel partners in line with company norms.
Team Huddles: Participate in daily team huddles to discuss progress and strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships, understanding their needs, and providing suitable loan solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with the entire assigned geography and ability to plan and map areas effectively.
Sales Acumen: Strong selling skills with the ability to handle customer objections and close deals.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective customer and source management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze credit documents and determine eligibility.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of KYC documentation, legal and technical processes related to home loans.
Report Management: Proficiency in maintaining and interpreting sales reports and diaries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of home loan products and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills.
