• Drive New Customer Acquisition Proactively identify and onboard new clients for gold loan products through structured field engagements, strategic referral networks, and localized promotional campaigns. • Client Engagement & Product Presentation Conduct in-person client consultations and deliver compelling product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition and generate incremental business. • Sales Strategy Execution Implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives to catalyze business expansion within the designated territory, in alignment with organizational growth objectives. • Relationship Management & Service Excellence Cultivate enduring customer relationships by ensuring seamless service delivery, timely support, and high levels of client satisfaction. • Operational & Compliance Adherence Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal standard operating procedures, particularly in documentation, verification, and process execution. • Gold Evaluation & Verification Accurately assess gold ornaments for weight, purity, and karat value using calibrated tools and standardized testing protocols. • Market Intelligence & Product Knowledge Remain continuously informed about prevailing gold loan policies, lending norms, industry best practices, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market. • Bank Relationship Management Foster and maintain effective working relationships with partner banks, facilitating collaborative business development and joint customer engagement. • Balance Transfer Management Oversee the end-to-end execution of gold loan balance transfers — from case initiation and fund disbursement to coordination with banking personnel and timely fund settlements.
