Key responsibilities

• Customer acquisition:

  Find and onboard new customers for current and savings accounts through field sales, referrals, and other promotional activities. 

• Relationship management:

• Sales and targets:

  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new accounts and other banking products. 

• Product promotion:

  Actively promote the bank's products and services, including accounts, insurance, mutual funds, and loans, to potential and existing clients. 

• Account management:

  Ensure new accounts are activated, and work to increase the wallet share of existing customers by encouraging the use of other banking products. 

• Reporting:

  Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and progress toward targets.

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. 

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often required. 

• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills are essential. 

• Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial products and services is necessary.
