You will represent the company in the field and serve as the key point of contact between the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Visit clients regularly and conduct face-to-face meetings to promote and sell products/services.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
