About the Role

Braindezvous Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Officer (FSO) to join our team in Hi-Tech City. We’re seeking candidates with hands-on experience in promoting digital payment solutions such as Paytm, Pine Labs, Razorpay, PhonePe, Google Pay or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales in the fintech or digital payments sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard merchants/businesses for digital payment and POS services.

• Conduct Store visits to meet customer and deploy Amazon pay collateral.

• Use prior experience with platforms like Paytm, Pine Labs, Razorpay, PhonePe, etc., to build trust and convert prospects.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Track daily performance, provide market feedback, and report to management regularly.

• Maintain and update the merchant/client database for effective follow-up and lead nurturing.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: 6 months to 6 years in field sales

• Prior sales experience in Paytm, Pine Labs, Razorpay, PhonePe, BharatPe, or similar fintech platforms is strongly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and comfort using mobile apps/CRM tools

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
