About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Officers for Amazon Pay merchant onboarding in Andheri, Mumbai. This is an on-ground field role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, onboarding merchants, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local shops and businesses to onboard merchants for Amazon Pay.

• Use sales techniques such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and face-to-face presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants.

• Keep accurate daily records of onboarded merchants and share reports with the manager.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales and onboarding targets.

• Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve processes and strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 0.5 – 3 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or fintech preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using smartphones and basic mobile apps.

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.

• Candidates with experience in Amazon Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or other fintech platforms will have an advantage.
