Job Summary:
Insurance distribution is the process of selling insurance products to customers through channels like agents, banks, brokers, and direct sales teams. It involves finding customers, explaining plans, completing documentation, and ensuring smooth policy issuance. The goal is to reach more customers and grow the company’s business.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for insurance products (Life/Health/General) through field visits, telecalling, and lead generation activities.
Explain insurance plans, features, premium benefits, and terms & conditions to customers clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, agents, and customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets for policy issuance and premium collection.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate self-sourced leads.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and accurate policy submissions.
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance guidelines.
Provide after-sales support and assist customers with claims or policy queries.
Maintain daily productivity reports and update the sales tracker.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate or undergraduate (immediate joiner)
Experience: Fresher and Experience both can apply

Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 20k Gross, in-hand will be 17,500
Performance based incentive 10,000 to 25,000 Rs
