Job Summary:

Wrencho, powered by iFuel Pvt. Ltd., is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Officers in Almora. The role involves conducting field surveys, collecting accurate data, and providing market insights. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, possess good communication skills, and have basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-ground field visits and market research surveys.

Collect and report data accurately and on time.

Engage with local individuals, vendors, or businesses as part of the research.

Submit daily activity reports and insights.

Attend a mandatory 1-week training session prior to field deployment.

Work Details:

Target: Active atleast 5 delivery partners within 15 days.

Training Period Incentive: ₹250 per day during training.

Travel Allowance (TA): ₹300 per week (post-training).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum qualification required (Graduation preferred).

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Equipment: Must own a laptop and bike for field operations.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience: Candidates with experience in banking, automobile, or oil sectors will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 based on performance and completion of targets.

Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 on target achievement.

Travel Allowance: ₹300 per week.
