Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven LAP Sales Executive to source Loan Against Property (LAP) for small businesses and self-employed professionals. The role requires field sourcing, relationship management, and coordination for disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source clients for Loan Against Property through open market, DSA, and channel partners

• Understand customer’s business profile, property type, and loan requirement

• Assist in document collection, property visits, and eligibility check

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets for LAP disbursement

• Build strong relationships with self-employed clients and small business owners

• Ensure timely login and follow-up of files till disbursement

Required Skills:

• 6 month minimum experience required in LAP or Secured Loan Sales

• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and property assessment

• Good communication and client handling skills

• Field sourcing / direct sales experience preferred

• Familiarity with local market and customer base
