Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

 Spreading awareness about Regenerative Agriculture and Organic Farming

 Working closely with Sugarcane farmers to promote sustainable practices

 Building strong relationships with farmers, FPO’s.

 Conducting on-ground product demonstrations, customer meetings, and awareness

drives.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Education: Graduate from any field (Agriculture background is a plus but not

mandatory).

 Experience: 0–1 years of field sales experience (Freshers welcome).

 Language: Proficiency in Marathi and basic communication in Hindi/English

preferred.

 Must Have: A two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits:

 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month

 Performance-Based Incentives: As per farmers on-boarding

 TA/DA: Travel and Dearness Allowance will be provided
