Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to expand our B2B network and promote our travel services among travel agents and partners. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and prior experience in B2B travel sales. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹45000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our B2B travel packages and services (Hotels, Transfers, Tours, Activities etc.) to travel agents and partners

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients

• Identify new sales opportunities and onboard potential travel agents

• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue growth

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Attend travel trade fairs, networking events, and training sessions as required

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales reports

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Graduate and 1-3 years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role.

• Strong understanding of DMC operations and travel products

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and handle client queries efficiently

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
