Job Description: Sales & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the business operations and sales of Tumbledry Company Stores spread across Delhi NCR region. The key pillars of the business are creating a large Customer Base and Repeat Business generation from this base.

Key Deliverables

• New Customer Acquisition via Online (Lead Conversion), Referral and Offline Activations.

• Repeat Business generation via Package/Subscription sales.

1.) Revenue enhancement via Cross Selling and Upselling of services. o Customer Satisfaction via Ontime Pickup and Deliveries.

2.)Customer Satisfaction reflected through Google Ratings for the store.

• Overall Revenue Generation.

• Team Hiring and Retention

• Store Audits and review

Key Requirements

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and drive growth.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for expansion and improvement.

• Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of products/services
