Job Description
The Field Sales Manager in Aurangabad is responsible for increasing business in a specific area by recruiting, training, and managing a team of skilled agents to achieve sales goals and drive success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve their targets.
Identify and understand client requirement of office visit clients
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
Build customer relationships that help generate future sales and repeat business
Qualification & Experience:
Must completed Graduation compulsory.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
Comfortable with fieldwork & managing multiple locations
Ability to explain and convince customers
Strong relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and motivated
