Manage and lead a field sales team.

Pitch and demo ShinePoints software.
Onboard stores with free trials.
Convert trials into paid users.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Plan routes and assign areas.
Maintain sales records and reports.
Build relationships with clients.
Ensure team follows brand guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12 pass and you need not have any experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
