Key Responsibilities:

• Advisor Recruitment & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train advisors to build a high-performing team.

• Mentorship & Coaching: Act as a mentor and coach to advisors, guiding them towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling a mix of products.

  • Support advisors in generating leads and closing sales.

• Retention Focus:

  • Enhance advisor retention through engagement and support.

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

• Branch Development:

  • Contribute to branch growth through strategic recruitment.

  • Utilize social networking skills to expand business reach.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience required.

  • Age Limit: 21 to 38 years.

  • Education: Graduate or above.

  • Note: Freshers are not eligible to apply for this role.
