Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced and mature Field Sales Manager (Female) to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both field and office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives, providing guidance, support, to team members.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits (2-3 days a week) to clients, prospects, and team members to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth.
- Office Work: Perform office work (3 days a week) for administrative tasks, reporting, and planning, ensuring seamless coordination between field and office activities.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Age: 35-48 years
Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
