Job Summary:

The Field Relationship Manager (FRM) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive field visits and relationship management. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service, and local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential customers through field visits and local networking.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct door-to-door marketing, corporate tie-ups, and participate in on-ground promotional activities and events.

• Follow up with leads generated through various channels (online, walk-ins, events, referrals).

• Provide personalized service to high-value customers and resolve their queries promptly.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, service) to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or manual logs.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and relationship targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 12th/Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration).

• 6 Months–10 years of experience in field sales or relationship management (experience in automobile industry is a plus).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable with regular travel and fieldwork within assigned territory.

• Knowledge of local geography and customer demographics is an advantage.

• Basic computer literacy .
