We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our IT solutions & services business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government or private clients and a strong understanding of sales processes and vendor management.
Responsibilities
• Drive B2B sales with a focus on government, PSU, and private sector clients
• Build and manage long-term client and vendor relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Track market trends, competitors, and procurement updates
• Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of B2B or government sales experience(preferably in IT sector)
• Hands-on knowledge of GeM portal, tenders, and government/private sales processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
