Job Profile: SALES OFFICER/AREA DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/AREA SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER
Job location: MADHYA PRADESH/UTTAR PRADESH/RAJASTHAN/BIHAR/JHARKHAND/PUNJAB/HARYANA
Experience: 1 to 9 Years
Salary: STARTING 2.9 LPA TO 7 LPA
Roles:
•Responsible in achieving monthly / quarterly / annual primary & secondary targets for the area of operations in terms of Channels and distributors. To achieve sales targets and to build excellent client relationships for positioning of all products.
1. Does proper mapping of network of dealers, sub-dealers
2. To Improve Distribution Network
3. Identify new Dealers / Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding of New Dealers for first 1 month
4. Increases width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more dealers / distributors to our network
5. Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales
6. Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns
7. Visit to Dealers as per PJP
8. Market mapping to increase counter share
9. Ensuring complete adherence of the field sales processes including PJP / DSR / etc.
