We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) within a specific territory. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing territory-level strategies, guiding field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve area sales targets.

• Plan and execute effective sales strategies and territory coverage plans.

• Monitor daily field activities, doctor coverage, and product promotion by the MRs.

• Conduct joint fieldwork with team members to provide coaching and feedback.

• Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns and new product launches.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals.

• Track team performance through regular reporting and review meetings.

• Coordinate with supply chain and distributors to ensure product availability.

• Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and market trends to improve performance.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
