Job Summary
Agency channel refers to the network of individual agents who act as the public face of an insurance company and distribute insurance policies. These agents, while not direct employees , play a crucial role in marketing, selling, and servicing insurance products
Recruitment and Training:
Identifying, recruiting, and training new agents to build and expand the sales network.
Agent Support:
Providing ongoing support, coaching, and motivation to help agents achieve their sales goals.
Business Development:
Developing and implementing strategies to grow the agency channel and expand the company's market share.
Sales Management:
Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve sales growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
1.Strong sales and leadership skills .
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
3.Ability to motivate and inspire teams .
4.Knowledge of the industry and products being sold .
5.Experience in managing a sales force or team .
6.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships .

2. Experience: 1-5 years experience in ,sales,Marketing,industry.
3. Skills: Communication, sales, marketing, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Age: 21 To 30.
5. Salary: 2.65 To 3.20 ctc •+ Variable+ Petrol Allowance+ Incentive
