We are looking for a motivated and result‑oriented professional to join our team at Kotak Life Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new Life Advisors / agents, ensuring they are IRDAI licensed and oriented with product & policy details.
Coaching and mentoring the sales force to build their skills in consultative selling, customer engagement, and compliance.
Setting sales targets (new business, renewals, persistency etc.), monitoring performance, and driving achievement of those targets.
Tracking, analyzing, and improving key metrics: lead conversion, policy submission, premium collection, claim settlement etc.
Maintaining and improving agent productivity: providing motivation, incentives, feedback, and career progression.
Ensuring quality of customer service: correct product recommendations, documentation accuracy, compliance with regulations, ethical conduct.
Generating market intelligence: understanding competition product offerings, customer preferences, regional market conditions, identifying areas of opportunity.
Managing the operations of your assigned team / territory: scheduling, reporting, walkthroughs, escalations, and resolving issues.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (marketing, underwriting, operations, training) to ensure smooth process flow, product launches and promotional activities.
Ensuring adherence to all regulatory, legal and company policies in all sales and operations activities.
