Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paan Masala Division
Location: West Bengal.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in FMCG or Tobacco-related field sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of paan masala products across assigned territories through direct field visits
Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and stockiest.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations at retail points
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the sales manager
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of visits and orders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG, tobacco, or related sectors
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets
Familiarity with local geography and market dynamics
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations
Basic proficiency in regional language(s) and Hindi.
