We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by directly engaging with customers in the field. The ideal candidate will represent our brand, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and on-the-ground market research.
Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through face-to-face interactions.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress regularly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team and management to plan routes and schedules.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and transactions.
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in field sales or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
