We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients (contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and end customers), promoting our flooring products (tiles, vinyl, wooden, epoxy, etc.), and closing sales deals within the assigned territory.
Identify and approach potential clients including builders, contractors, interior designers, architects, and real estate developers.
Conduct field visits to construction sites, commercial properties, retail stores, and client offices to promote flooring solutions.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, delivery timelines, and product samples.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business.
2–5 years of experience in field sales; preference given to candidates from the building materials, tiles, flooring, paints, or construction industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with B2B and B2C clients.
Self-driven and target-oriented with a passion for outdoor sales.
Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and nearby areas.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
