We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Steel and Engineering sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for steel products, engineering solutions, and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel and engineering market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/technical solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with the technical/engineering team to provide customized solutions.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, leads, and customer feedback.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales within the steel, construction, or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of steel products (structural steel, plates, coils, fabrication materials) and engineering solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
