Required Skills & Experience
• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms.
• Experience in handling the US market and working across time zones.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks like BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and activities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
