We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets within a designated territory. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present our products/services and demonstrate their value.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales quotas.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with company goals
