We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with solid experience in EV 2W (electric scooter) leasing to drive on-ground customer acquisition, build a strong market presence, and convert leads into long-term leasing clients. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the EV landscape, and has a strong network in sectors like last-mile delivery, fleet aggregation, and urban mobility.
On-Ground Sales & Client Outreach:
Conduct field visits daily to connect with potential customers including delivery partners, logistics companies, and small fleet operators.
Actively pitch EV scooter leasing solutions to B2B and B2C prospects in assigned territory.
Lead Conversion & Account Handling:
Follow up on leads, conduct demos/test rides, explain leasing benefits and EMI plans.
Onboard clients by handling documentation, KYC collection, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
and sales performance metrics using CRM tools.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in 2W leasing, with at least 1 year in the EV segment preferred.
Hands-on experience dealing with delivery platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon), fleet aggregators, or gig workers is highly valued.
Skills:
Strong sales negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM to Partnerships & Local Market Development:
Develop partnerships with EV charging stations, service centers, and local influencers.
Work closely with area managers, marketing teams, and OEMs to execute local activations or micro-campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer retention and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
Provide after-sales support and address client queries or issues in a timely manner.
Market Feedback & Reporting:
Track competitor activities and gather insights from the field to enhance offerings.
Submit daily visit reports, funnel status, ols, and digital documentation.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned zones.
Other Qualifications:
Must own a smartphone and a valid two-wheeler license.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates.
Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus.
