Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements for solar installations.
Deliver product presentations and educate customers on solar solutions and ROI.
Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the technical team for site feasibility, installation, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies/incentives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar, energy, or electrical sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic technical understanding of solar power systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred).
