🎯 Primary Role:
To drive sales growth, expand dealer/distributor networks, ensure brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets in the assigned geographic area for CP fittings and sanitary ware products.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor product-wise sales performance and push fast/slow-moving items.
Achieve secondary (dealer/distributor-level) and primary (company-level) targets.
2. Dealer & Distributor Management
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors.
Build strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, and sales turnover.
Resolve distributor conflicts, if any.
3. Market Expansion
Identify untapped markets and introduce the company’s product range.
Conduct market surveys to understand demand trends and competition.
Expand product reach in Tier 2, Tier 3 towns, and rural areas.
4. Retailer & Plumber Engagement
Conduct plumber meets, retailer meets, and influencer programs.
Distribute product brochures, displays, and samples.
Promote loyalty programs or schemes for retailers and plumbers.
5. Marketing & Branding Support
Ensure proper branding at dealer counters (banners, glow signs, boards).
Plan local promotions, product demos, and exhibitions.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
6. Team Leadership (if applicable)
Supervise and guide Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), Sales Executives, etc.
Review team performance and help them achieve individual targets.
Conduct weekly review meetings and training sessions.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the regional or national manager.
Maintain data on dealer performance, area sales figures, and targets.
Use CRM or Excel to track leads, inquiries, and conversion ratios.
8. Payment & Credit Control
Follow up with dealers/distributors for payment collection.
Ensure proper credit control and adherence to payment terms.
Maintain records of cheque security (if applicable) and pending dues.
