Role Overview:
As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing merchants across key industry verticals, including F&B, FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, and more. This role involves direct fieldwork, building relationships with merchants, and driving growth by offering tailored solutions and ensuring long-term success for the accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchant Acquisition: Onboard new merchants in your allocated geography and offer tailored solutions to suit their needs.

• Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Growth Focus: Understand industry dynamics and work on solutions to grow the merchant network.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales or business development experience.

• Graduate with excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Strong ethical standards and discretion with customer dealings.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate results.

• Drive, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to develop strong relationships and work as part of a team.

• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

• Must have a 2-wheeler and be willing to work 6 days a week.
