Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Laboratory Scientific Equipment)Location: Delhi NCRDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling laboratory and scientific equipment to clients in the Delhi NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets while providing technical and product knowledge support.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with research labs, hospitals, universities, pharmaceuticals, biotech companies, and industrial clients.Conduct field visits across Delhi NCR to meet existing and potential customers.Demonstrate and present laboratory/scientific equipment solutions tailored to customer requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (scientists, lab managers, procurement teams, and directors).Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and provide accurate forecasts.Provide after-sales support by coordinating with technical and service teams.Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events to showcase products.Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and product knowledge.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
