Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers (Original equipment manufacturers, industries (Customers) in Segments including core segments like PSU (Coal Based), Chemicals, Cement, Power, F&B, and Steel including Private and Government Organizations) by effective planning and organizing sales call schedules.
Follow leads given by the Manager by securing appointments and identifying the potential opportunities after the visit.
Serve Existing Key and allotted customers by identifying their needs and building opportunities for products, equipment, and services based on value-selling techniques
Identify key personnel in customers and develop personal rapport with them by providing a high level of customer service.
Provide relevant and factual technical and engineering information in face-to-face meetings, make sales presentations on products, services, or equipment to customers.
Submit techno-commercial proposals to clients.
Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements
Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information in reporting templates provided by the company.
Conduct self-performance reviews and aim at exceeding targets and making plans to achieve gaps
Log daily activity and report any difficulties to the manager/office/company.
